Dimphy Bolscher - van den Heuvel (1967) studied Business Administration at Nyenrode University. After several international internships, she also obtained an MBA from Nyenrode. She started her career at KLM in various marketing and communications positions with international responsibilities. Then she established KidWise, a marketing consultancy agency specialised in research and advice relating to the children and youth market segment. In her position, she was responsible for advising both for-profit and non-profit organisations regarding business service provision, food and retail, as well as taking final responsibility for the agency. She succeeded in putting the children and youth market in the Netherlands on the map. Insight into what motivates people on the one hand, and optimal service provision to the client on the other, has been the recurring pattern in her career. She consciously transferred to Executive Search, being convinced that a successful business is built on the right people functioning in the right context |

Anja Spaans (1969) more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of the retail industry. She spent years working on developing a family business: from a few locations to a fashion empire with more than 80 stores and more than 1000 employees. Advanced through all commercial positions up to 2004, obtained a post-HBO degree in Business Administration, which resulted in the position of Commercial Director and final responsibility for sales and marketing. Growth also means expansion. As Operations Director, she worked to help the organisation grow to its current size, and established the related professional parameters. HRM, real estate and legal affairs were part of her portfolio. Constant development is required to continue in an innovative and inspirational role, which was also the case here: she completed a Master’s degree at the TIAS Business School at the same time. Approaching an organisation from various angles has increasingly highlighted the success factor of an excellent organisation: the increase in value for a winning team by having the right person in the right position. In addition to integrity, quality and development, the combination of person and organisation has become her passion. The logical next step to Executive Search is a conscious decision to expand on this passion.
